    Refunds: You can request a refund by contacting us via phone or email at    with your account name. Your phone numbers will immediately be released and you will be refunded any unused portion of the service. We do not bill for unsuccessful calls so you will only pay for service you have successfully used.

    Rebilling: If you select to be rebilled, we will attempt to recharge your account automatically when your balance has reached the recharge limit. These options are displayed and explained very well immediately after you login to your account.
